Mobile and Home Therapies policy is to make sure you have the most comfortable and professional experience.
Bookings
- Bookings are essential for all treatments 8 hours prior to a booking time.
- Booking confirmations must be replied to with a Y or N when received. If we do not receive your confirmation, your booking will be cancelled. 24 Hours notice is a must requirement.
- No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will not receive a refund unless it was due to an unavoidable emergency.
General Rules
- Occasionally the therapist might be a little late due to traffic conditions, but will try our best.
- Please make sure you are ready for your appointment time.
- The therapist should be there 10 mins before treatment time to set up so you can start on time.
- Please make sure there is enough space for massage table and set up, along with appropriate heating and cooling for comfortable working conditions for you and your therapist.
- No mobile phones in the work area or on the massage table to ensure nothing happens to the phone and you can enjoy your treatment without any distractions.
- Underwear bottoms must be worn for both private and comfortability purposes.
- Also we have a no JERK policy if we feel you are calling for the wrong reasons, ask inappropriate questions or being rude or disrespectful we will block and black list from our customer data base.
- $20 fee if no parking availability Payment.
- We accept Stripe payments, (Visa, Mastercard etc) and Cash.
- Payment on the day is accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- There are no refunds once service has been completed.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Strictly non sexual massage.
Invoicing
When Invoicing, please make sure your invoice is paid in a weeks time, when the invoice is sent, or when the time that has been agreed to, as we will discontinue services with the client, as it is unfair on the staff doing the treatment and also unfair on clients that could be booked in there place, so they don’t miss out.
